The Challenge: Great Content, Nowhere to Live
Most field sales organizations have a training problem they cannot see. Their best material is scattered, a Loom here, a Google Drive folder there, a PDF someone made two years ago. New reps spend their first weeks hunting for content instead of selling.
LGCY VALOR had the opposite of a content shortage. Over years of working with Serge Creator Studios, VP of Sales Jon Soriano and his team had produced a deep library across YouTube, Spotify, Instagram, and Google Drive. LGCY VALOR is, in many ways, where Jon's own journey into media and content began.
The problem was that none of it lived in one place. As Jon put it:
"We've produced so much great stuff, I've already forgotten about it."
The opportunity was clear: give that content new life, consolidate it into a single home base, and put it under the VALOR brand.
The Solution: VALOR+, Built on SRG+
It started with a quick demo. Serge sat down with Jon Soriano and Mike Brand, walked them through the SRG+ vision, and they immediately saw it. From there the work began: collecting and organizing everything LGCY VALOR had ever produced, and partnering with Jon's production team at Optic Elements (optic-element.com), led by Santiago, who were already rolling out a new series of content.
After a few design iterations, the team landed on a clean, premium layout, the VALOR+ hub: one app where every rep gets:

It feels like the VALOR team's own platform, because it is.
Launch 1: The Salt Lake City Office Demo
Jon invited Serge, founder of SRG+, to present VALOR+ at the LGCY Power office in Salt Lake City, Utah. Serge delivered the presentation alongside Jon to a leadership group of about 50 people, showing the vision for the app and how it would roll out.

The soft launch landed. Onboarding was quick and instant, and the room got excited. Leaders started registering and logging in on the spot, immediately accessing the content the team had loaded in.
Then came the part that made it real. The next day, the whole leadership team loaded onto buses for a wakesurfing trip. On the road, Jon pulled up AI-generated music through CarPlay, streaming straight from the VALOR+ hub on SRG+ for everyone in the convoy. It was a blast, and it showed exactly how naturally the platform fit into the culture.
Phase 2: The SRG+ Card
With the next major event three months out, a full LGCY VALOR division gathering for roughly 300 people in San Diego, the team moved to the next phase: SRG+ Card, branded digital business cards for the reps.
The SRG+ Card gives reps a digital identity they can use at the doors. They can share their contact details with homeowners, stay connected after the conversation, and carry their full digital media presence in one tap. In the months leading up to the event, the SRG+ team built and shipped the supporting features:

The team delivered 100 branded badges powered by SRG+ for a selective group of reps.
The honest part: the night before
The build was intense, and the SRG+ team worked day and night to get the full feature set ready. The night before launch was the hardest. The App Clip, the key feature powering the SRG+ Card, shipped and turned out not to be fully functional. After a stressful few hours the team traced it to an internal bug in Apple's system, and once identified it was fixed shortly after. The stress was real, but so was the fix, and the launch went ahead.

Launch 2: VALOR CON, San Diego
At the event, it came together. The SRG+ team set up a booth, and reps came over asking how the app worked. The team walked them through onboarding one by one. Everyone wanted to wear a badge, and some were genuinely disappointed they couldn't get one, the SRG+ Cards were a limited edition for the first 100.

Serge Creator (sergecreator.com) presented the SRG+ demo in front of the full group, introducing the platform to legends of the solar industry from LGCY Power, including Doug Robinson, Case Baugh, Mike Brand, and Jac Pastrana.

To close the event, Jon Soriano started giving away the remaining badges from the stage. The team in the seats jumped to catch them, and a few were left wishing they'd grabbed one.

The Results
The signup curve told the story. Engagement spiked during the event and kept climbing afterward as reps started working through content, videos, training, and education materials, instantly accessing the company's full library.
